The Glenorchy Tip Shop
Since 1993, Glenorchy's tip shop has sorted the discards of greater Hobart into something worth browsing: timber, whitegoods, power tools, carpet, game consoles, bric-a-brac, books. Two warehouse areas cover everything from masonry to haberdashery. The throughput is unpredictable, which is the point.
